Basic requirements of setting personal effective goals.

Hello Steemians, it is the end of the year again and it is also the time of setting goals for the new year. Many goals can be set; family goals, organization goals, religious body goals, personal goals and so on. The most important are the personal goals, and these are the requirements needed in setting personal goals:

1. They must be real and straighten out:
   Goals to be set must not be something unrealistic, they should be something tangible albeit difficult. But when proper energy is channeled to it, the difficulty disappears.

2. They must be both quantitative and qualitative:
   Goals to be set must have these two properties, they must have the quality and also be substantive. Too much quantity and no quality is to be discarded, but too much quality with no quantity is not too bad.

3. They must be in harmony with each other:
   This is important, goals should not contradict each other. For example, you should not include starting a farm and also travelling for vacation as goals. Except you want to hire a caretaker for the farm, they will contradict.

4. They must be challenging:
   If the goals are not worth your energy, dedication and also your mental prowess you definitely need new goals.

5. They must include objectives which must cover short term and long term:
   This simply means you must be always on the move on the goals, it must be relevant at every moment. The objectives should be completed on a short term and also a long term basis.
