HelloEOS' Update

On August 10, Youzi Technology Co., Ltd. was invited by the Division of Network Security of Chongqing Public Security Bureau to an internal information sharing meeting themed on blockchain technology. Zicen, the founder of HelloEOS, introduced the exploration and breakthrough of how Graphene-based blockchain technology is applied to high-performance public chain at the bottom level, as well as a typical representative of Blockchain 3.0 - EOS. It is viewed as the most popular fundamental public chain system with the best performance and carrying capacity.

On August 11, HelloEOS continued its "Hello EOS, Hello Friends" national roadshow and hosted the second meetup in Beijing. The guests from Cocos, SheLeaders, EOS Store, PDJ Education, Chaince, Bitpie Wallet, Cobo Wallet, BCpress, Ning Talk on Blockchain, and ADD shared their views on the topics of EOS technical concept, DAPP incubation, blockchain game application, community governance, community ecosystem, wallet security and market investment. A special guest from EOS Nation, a BP based in Canada, also participated in this event.

The voice from BM

  • BM submitted an update in EOS' Smart Contract, adding a hash table that removes the 4% inflation. The new update will stop the 4% inflation tokens being paid to the eosio.savings account, if approved by BPs.
  • The virtual ram option of RAM is under testing, which means that PRAM will transfer the presold RAM to a form of options.
  • BM submitted the latest development of the Resource Exchange (REX) token on GitHub. REX will be shortly launched online.
  • SEOS no longer exists. People who intend to see code can check into REX branch.
  • In addition to the IOS version, EOS wallet in Android version will also be developed.
  • The voting mechanism of the EOS system has been patented.

  • eosDAC launched an exchange called dexEOS
  • An EOS decentralized exchange, Newdex, was officially launched
  • EOS Cleaner released EOS block data of full nodes
  • ADD was listed on the Biepie built-in exchange.
  • ONE opened the transaction of tokens within EOS.
  • Scatter released version 8.4.0
  • EOS Dublin launched its education project in name of Bootcamp.

The TPS broke the record

According to the EOS Network Monitor, EOS mainnet has reached 3708 TPS. It broke the record again.

Dan Larimer and Brendan Blumer will participate in the EOS Hackathon in London

BM will participate EOS Hackathon in London in September as a mentor and referee. Block.One CEO Brendan Blumer will be joining BM on the panel of judges.

All three awards EOS Hackathon Sydney were won by the Australian teams.

The EOS Hackathon Sydney came to an end on August 5 (Sydney time). More than 200 entrants from over 50 teams participated in the competition. All three awards were won by the Australian teams, first prize: $100,000 - SmartPress; second prize: $25,000 - GreenKeep; third prize: $10,000 - TokenTree.

DBooks.org, will be ported to the EOS blockchain.

Steemit's premier book publishing platform, DBooks.org, will be ported to the EOS blockchain. DBooks members believe that the EOS platform is an emerging blockchain that provides developers with greater freedom and autonomy in developing DAPPs.
