Weekly Report As Country Representative Indonesia And Steem Greeter Team Period August 07 to August 13, 2022

Greetings Steemit Team...

It is an honor for me to be able write weekly reports as Country Representative Indonesia. and the Steem Greeter Team at Newcomers'Community. My infinite gratitude to all Steemit Team for giving me the opportunity to work as Country Representative Indonesia in support Stemians in my country Indonesia

In this report I will detail some of my activities as Indonesia's Country Representative and the Greeter Team and SC03 curator in Newcomers'Community over the past week.

Country Representative Indonesia

As an Indonesian Country Representative, I actively support Indonesian Steemit users, both old and new users, by providing guidance and direction in an effort to promote Steem. I also founded two Steem communities namely Steem For Better Life dan Hot News. In the last week I always take the time to meeting with the Country Representative as well as the administrator of the two communities and also meet with stemians to learn to write on the steemit blog.

I have a role as an Admin (initiator) in the Steem For Betterlife community, I am active as a community curator to support the posts of delegator and members who publish their posts on the Steem For Better Life community page and I'm sorry for the delay in writing weekly reports as a community curator

As a Community Administrator we organized the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 3 contest with the entire Steem For Betterlife community team with good cooperation, the Steem For Better Life community has been selected twice as the organizer of the Steemit Engagement Challenge contest and we have re-applied to be selected as the organizer of the Steemit Engagement contest Challenge season 4

Hot News Community

I have the role of Moderator (founder) in the Hot News community, As a founder I provide advice and guidance to the community team through internal community meetings, I have held meetings once in the past week to discuss community growth

Hot News Community was also chosen to hold the Steemit Engagement Challenge season 3, my activities in the Hot News Community I checked the status of the user's club by writing a label to each verified member and verifying posts with other community teams. to support the steemit team program our will apply to be selected to be one of the organizing communities for the steemit engagement challenge season 4 contest

Steem Greeter Team And Curator SC03

I have joined Newcomers'Community as Moderator (Greeter) and curator of SC03 since my appointment as Country Representative (May 14, 2021).

My report as a greeter and curator includes verification, curation and mentoring of achievement assignments in the Newcomer Achievement Program. The following is a list of newcomer achievements that I have verified and curated as well as guidance for writing achievement task

As a greeter and curator, I am working according to the scheduled roster, namely Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. however I work almost every day to thoroughly verify newcomer's achievement assignments and provide guidance through the comments column for those who do not meet the verification label requirements by correcting their achievement assignments

Manage Personal account

I have done power up steem gradually and have not done Cash Out steem / SBD other than for Meet Up fees for Indonesian steemit users. I'm currently join #club100 by doing Power up 53,324 STEEM and setting the payout 100% power up on the post, currently Steem Power in my personal account is 16,492.41 STEEM. I have a certain amount of Steem in my wallet to trade on the internal steemit market with the aim of increasing the steem that I will use to power up my personal account.

I use the power of steem wisely to support community members, especially users from Indonesia, by choosing post verification comments with a weight of 1% to 5% for each verification comment

So many reports of my activities as a Greeter and curator and Country Representative within 7 days, Starting July 31 to August 06 2022, thank you to @ steemitblog @ steemcurator01 and @ steemcurator02 who have given me the confidence to do this task
