The Best Travel Destinations in April Part 3! Animal Edition (Haas Picks)
Let’s travel the world and experience the best destinations all over the world, ready to go on a trip?
The world has so much to offer and even after four years of traveling I only saw 13% of the globe! My biggest problem is to find a way in which I travel an earn money at the same time, so if you have any suggestions they are welcome.
But me trying to travel more is not what this post is about, this post is about the best travel destinations to go to in April! This post take will take you to Scotland, USA, China and Poland
Ready?
Sea Otters
The first time I visited the States I was lucky enough to enjoy a really fun road trip with friends, the road trip us to many places but I remember the part when we were driving on highway 1 best. If you even have a chance make sure to drive this super nice highway. We visited Hearst Castle, were able to see Sea Elephants and there are Sea Otters waiting for you as well, just a magical drive!
The Sea otters were almost hunted into extinction however after there were only about 50 left today there is a population of 2000 waiting for you of the coast of the highway.
Go to Pacific Grove at Monterey Bay and just enjoy a gift of nature.
Red Squirrels
Not really into Sea Otters? Or if you just like Scotland you can combine the two. Don’t get me mistaken, I am talking about the Red Squirrel here, the official count of this animal is around 140K the other more common grey squirrel is around 2.5 million and growing!
Go to Abernethy Forest to see them introduce their babies into the world!
Wild Bison
Squirrels and Otters to boring for you? What about Wild Bison? Is that something you will travel for?
Go to Poland and the Belarus border to witness the European equivalent of the Serengeti National park or Yellow Stone if you will, so with me advertising it like that you should be getting more interested right?
Moose, Wolves and Lynxes are waiting for you a well, the 12 Bison that they capture a long time ago are responsible for the 3000 population nowadays, they breeding program worked just on time.
Pandas
The last pick of this Animal Edition of where to travel to in the month of April brings you to China.
And if I say China what animals do you think about? Pandas!
They are almost impossible to spot in the wild because there are so little left. But in April when the females are fertile for a couple of days the males must make their moves and will leave the spot the hide out and are on the move. So there will still be a big chance of not spotting a Panda but when the Wolong Nature Reserve in China is beautiful so see it as a bonus if you see these rare animals.
Hope you enjoyed this month’s destinations to travel to! Will be back next month like always thanks for stopping by everybody.
