Hello everyone!
This easy recipe makes these pancakes light and fluffy and requires simple ingredients you probably have in your kitchen. They are delicious!!!

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Whisk egg, milk, butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. Do not over mix.
- Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto greased hot griddle.
- Flip when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
- Serve with condensed milk on top or any syrup you have available.
- Enjoy!
