Hello everyone. how are you all? I hope you all are good and enjoying your life.
A very happy Ramadan Mubarak to you all. May Allah shower all his blessings on us un this beautiful month.
Today i am here again to share my reviews regarding this amazing contest shared by @andullahw2
Here we have few questions. And i have to answer according to my opinions.
As we all know fast is in five pillar of islam . As Muslims do fast in the month of Ramadan. The main purpose of fasting during Ramadan is spiritual purification. We do fasting for Almighty Allah. In this month the rewards of one single good deed becomes 10x. Also fasting has so many health benefits as well.
First i would like to mention about spiritual benefits. Fasting improves a person's will power and patience. Increase self awareness of a person. its also deepen a connection of person with its religion and faith.
Now lets talk about physical benefits. There are so many physical benefits of fasting. It improves our overall health. It also improves our sleep and reduce anxiety. helping in weight loss, reduce inflammation and improve sensitivity of Insulin.
In iftar i love to have cream fruit chat in iftar. I think in Ramadan everyone use to do iftar with it. And it has so many health benefits as fruits are enriched with th vitamins.
In suhoor i love to eat shami kabab with Pratha. Its taste is very good. And it has many benefits like it contain very much good Protein which is good for whole day fasting.
We should do good deeds as much as we can as i already mentioned that the rewards for one single good deed becomes 10x and we should do patience every time. The things we should avoid are to control our anger and don't do any thing which is not allowed by our religion.
So this is my today's post and i hope you all like it.

You have participated in the competition very well and I like it. It is certainly true that we fast for a long time in the sun, which increases our inclination towards God. In this case, if we can eat a little protein food in Sehri, it will help us a lot to keep the fast throughout the day. Great writing and best wishes.
