아침식사 대용으로 좋은 달걀
달걀은 단백질이 풍부하고, 나트륨이 적으며, 비타민과 무기질 등 우리 몸에 필요한 필수 아미노산을 골고루 갖추고 있어, 남녀노소 모두에게 질 좋은 단백질을 공급하는 매우 좋은 식품이다. 특히, 독을 흡수하는 성질이 있어 술을 마신 다음날 아침에 날달걀을 풀어먹으면 술 깨는 데 도움이 된다. 다이어트에 관심이 많은 여성들에게도 좋다. 삶은 달걀 1개의 열량이 80kcal인데 반해 위에 머무는 시간이 3시간 이상 되기 때문에 포만감을 주어 과식을 예방해야한다.

Looks like caviar! Also should supply quality protein....to both sexes LOL. Basically a mind fuck at this point. Eggs on Eggs
