Thistles are my personal powerplants, small energy radiating power beings. They have a stinging outlook but a soft kernel. And they are so beautiful. The thistly is the national plant of scotland and even in Germany there are many different varieties every one of them with its specialities.
I know that these little videos aren't informative, because the information is in the bottom of yourself, you only have to reveal it to yourself. These moderate meditation videos want you to open your eyes around you and acknowledge pure nature and nature beyond out busy street-life. It wants you to notice that people, things, places and opportunities want to resonate with you and that you also want to resonate with others.
Perhaps for you it's not the thistle, but a tree, a bee or a motorboat. I don't know. It's up to you to find what resonates with you. But you reach that by being still and present in the moment and by listening to your inner voice, the voice of the universe.

Die Distel ist die Nationalpflanze von Schottland und selbst in Deutschland gibt es viele verschiedene Arten mit ihren Spezialitäten.
Ich weiß, dass diese kleinen Meditations-Videos nicht informativ sind, weil die Informationen bereits in dir selbst steckt, du musst sie nur enthüllen. Diese bescheidenen Meditations-Videos möchten, dass du deine Augen um dich herum öffnest und reine Natur und Natur jenseits des geschäftigen Straßenlebens erkennst. Es möchte, dass du bemerkst, dass Menschen, Dinge, Orte und Gelegenheiten mit dir in Resonanz treten wollen und dass auch du mit anderen mitschwingen willst.
Vielleicht ist es für dich nicht die Distel, sondern ein Baum, eine Biene oder ein Motorboot. Ich weiß es nicht. Es liegt an Dir herauszufinden, was mit Dir in Resonanz geht. Aber du erreichst das, indem du im Moment still und präsent bist und auf deine innere Stimme hörst, die Stimme des Universums.
