Just a bit of camera gear...
I'll be carrying this around with me over the next few days. It's a heavy amount of kit, and I'm covering most angles.

I'm looking forward to taking some night time long exposures, and give some astro photography a go, given that there's some clear nights.
Now I just need to find somewhere dark. :)

I took my 17-50 apart today and put it back together.
I decentered the lens slightly XD
Yay, I can do it again tomorrow.
My 18-200 can probably do with that... my focus ring goes past infinity! In think it's a broken o-ring or something. It's never been the same since I dropped it in a cave!

Probably something broken inside...
I tried to fix my lens today. I just made everything worse, from adding stains to the glass and ending up somehow messing up the aperture mechanism. I literally played with the thing for 4 hours and everything seemed fine but when I put it back together the internal aperture mechanism seems shifted, because the shutter only moves from around ~f5.6 to fully closed. It's a 2,8lens. It never opens up now. No idea why, because I didn't mess with the aperture mechanism. It's well deep inside the lens and I can't get to it.
I hate this lens. Had nothing but trouble with it. Now I can't even sell it, because I messed it up :/
update: fixed the aperture, but it's still decentered :D
Not bad at all. I hope that you get your money's worth out of them.
