I Heart #needleworkmonday - A Giveaway Entry
So Many Hearts for #needleworkmonday
I hate Mondays! Sounds very familiar, right? I used to dislike Mondays, but not anymore now. The only reason is because Mondays are the day when I can meet my fellow crafters in Steemit. Well, I already have many fellow crafters as I join a local online craft community, but the fellow crafters in Steemit are different. They are from all over the world with different kinds of skills and talents.
It is definitely hard not to fall in love with this community. And the love is getting bigger over time. I have now found a home in Steemit as I have a place where I can write and share posts about my hobby and passion. This is truly an enlightment to me. In Steemit, I write about many things ranging from food, travel, to education because that is what normally people in Steemit write about. Once in a while, I threw posts about my hobby, sewing, and I kinda felt funny about it. When I scrolled posts, I definitely felt very weird to see my own post about sewing being in the middle of other cool stuff such as photography, cryptocurrency, promo steem, and the like. I always wondered if anyone really read my post about sewing. I felt lonely and that made me discouraged.
Now with the #needleworkmonday tag is around, I have no more reasons to be lonely. I am so blessed to be able to join this awesome community and feel excited and energized to write stuff about sewing.
It is very exciting to learn what projects they are working on, and what projects they have accomplished, especially those related to sewing. When other crafters post about their sewing projects such as sewing clothes, I love to learn how they make it, and learn about their local fashion trend. You know, the way people dress is different from one place to another.
The other reason why I am fond of this community is because the members always give positive and supportive comments and feedbacks, no matter how bad you feel your project is. And when a needleworker has a problem in a certain project, other fellow needleworkers are always there to help and offer solutions. Also, it is good to learn that some needleworkers are running shops selling their handcrafts.
Awesome Needleworkers
I must say that each needleworker I encounter here give inspirations to others in their own way all of them are unique with so many different talents.
To me personally, I must first of all say thank you for @crystalize because she is the one who spotted me in one of my sewing-related post and invited me to join this community. I remember I browsed through the tag and found out that almost all of the posts were related to crochet and knitting, which are not my league at all. So I decided to refrain myself from writing any post for much later.
Then it happened to me that I wanted to post something but did not know what to write. So I tried to write about sewing stuff and used #needleworkmonday. And WOW! Oh my gosh, I did not expect I would be so much welcomed, especially by the host @crosheille, which then makes her the next needleworker who really made an impact to me. She is just a perfect host, being friendly to every one and always gives lovely and positive comments to each post made by all needleworkers. I also feel very humbled that she’s interested in one of my sewing stuff which is now still on the way to her home. Like every needleworker here, I am very grateful for her initiative to create a home for us where we can meet and talk to each other in Steemit.
Come and Hop in #needleworkmonday!
If you have a hobby related to needlework, then you definitely have to join this awesome community under the #needleworkmonday tag. I am sure you will have so much fun by interacting with other talented needleworkers from all over the world. All members here are very supportive and like to give positive comments and feedbacks. Not to mention that when you have a certain problem related to your project, feel free to share and the rest of the members will give some inputs and helpful suggestions.
So, needleworkers...feel lonely no more in Steemit!

Yay @horazwiwik! It does feel lonely and discouraging when we don't receive any feedback in our post. And I'm happy that we found this place and each other. Kudos to Bello Bello! Is that your brand? It sounds really cute ☺️
