Ingredients

Khasir Meat 1/2 kg
Piez Beesta 1/2 cup
Piyaz Bata 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of garlic paste
Salt like salt
Chilli powder 1 / 2-1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
Cardamom 3/4
1 to 2 crores
Tejpata 1-2
1/2 cup of yogurt
Chillies 10/12
Sugar like saad
Like oil + ghee is needed
Cream 2 tablespoons (desire)
Potato Bukhara 4/5
KAWARA water 1/2 - 1 tablespoon

Recipe

Blend talk dais and piaz barka and mix it with mangoes and marinate them with a little salt 30 minutes.
