Is it common for people to drink tea and coffee in your country?

Yes, drinking tea and coffee is very common in our country. It’s part of daily life here, and almost everyone enjoys one or both. For example, most people in my family start the day with some exercise or a morning walk, and after that, tea is a must. My younger sister is a bit different, though, as she prefers coffee.

Tea has actually been a big tradition in our country for years. My grandparents, and even their parents, always had tea in the morning with breakfast, and it’s just as important in the evening.

My mom, has tea three times a day: once with breakfast, then in the afternoon, and again in the evening. She says that if she skips her tea, she gets a headache.. do ya tea is connected to our routine.

Coffee is also becoming popular, especially with younger people. Many drink it to stay awake and focused, especially for studying or work. They feel more active with it and enjoy the taste. I drink coffee sometimes too, but honestly, I’m more of a tea lover. I have tea once or twice a day, and I especially love it with a bit of cardamom it makes it perfect.

Did you prefer different drinks as a child?

Yes, tea has always been a big part of my life. From as far back as I can remember, I would drink tea with breakfast. I usually have it with a little milk, along with some bread or paratha, and that’s how I start my day.

So growing up, I saw my family drinking tea in breakfast and enjoying it in the evening too. On days when we skip tea, we feels like something is missing.

Even though I’ve tried otheer drinks, tea has always been my favorite, and it’s been a part of my daily routine for years. My grandparents and their parents also had tea regularly, so it’s almost like a tradition.

I still have the same breakfast routine I did as a child tea with paratha and bread. I’ve tried changing my routine a few times, but I always come back to it.

While I know tea isn’t the healthiest choice, I think it’s just a habit now, especially from watching my family. Yaa I think we should add more healthy options, like fresh fruit and vegetable juices, into our breakfast routine since they’re better for our health. But I guess some habits are hard to change.

Do you think it is important to drink lots of water?

Yes, I do think it's important to drink plenty of water. I’ve often heard people say that if someone has kidney pain or stones, it’s usually because they didn’t drink enough water.

Doctors also recommend drinking lots of water if anyone have any kidney related issues or also skin relaxed .. While I believe drinking enough water is essential, I personally don’t drink as much as I should 2 to 3 glass a day because for me itt means more trips to the restroom, which I find a bit inconvenient.

We should drink at least one jug of water a day. It’s beneficial for our health and helps prevent many illnesses. I’ve watched many doctors YouTube video that drinking water keeps our skin healthy, too.

My friend drinks detox water regularly, and she says it makes her skin glow and keeps it fresh. So, drinking more water has several benefits not only for our skin but also for our overall body health.

We should try to keep ourselves hydrated throughout the day, as it helps avoid dehydration and keeps us healthy. To make it easier, we should keep water in our room near our bed so while seeing water we don't forget to drink by or carry a bottle if you’re going out, so yaa you don’t forget to drink enough water.

What is a traditional drink in your country for celebrating?

Yes, we don’t have a specific traditional drink just for celebrations, but in Pakistan, tea (chai) is definitely the most popular drink. Whether it’s summer or winter, when guests visit, the first thing we often offer them is tea.

Along with the tea, we serve sweets, biscuits, or other snacks. So, in a way, tea could be considered our traditional drink because it’s such a big part of our hospitality.

For those who don’t drink tea, we serve soft drinks or lemonade . We also make lemonade that is made with Rooh Afza, a sweet rose flavored syrup, which is also quite traditional. When guests visit and don’t prefer tea, this Rooh Afza lemonade is a common alternative.

In winter, especially at our weddings and celebrations, Kashmiri chai (pink tea) is very popular. It’s usually served after meals, and people enjoy it a lot.

It is made with green tea leaves with mix of spices, this tea has a unique flavor and pink color isi its is many people's favorite during the colder months and everyone enjoy the celebration..

That's it from today's blog I hope you will like it. With best wishes ❤️. Now I like to invite @neelofar, @jyoti-thelight and @aviral123 to participate in this amazing contest.
