I am here again for you guyz with my 5th Lecture of course Dropshipping.
In the last tutorial we have been learning about CRM and its tasks. In the last tutorial we had learnt about how to update tracking. Today we are going to learn about Accounts, in which we are learning about how to make reports.
So, Let's start.

The very first report that we have to make is Order Report.

Order Report

Order Report is basically has two portions:

• Amazon Detail
• Supplier Detail
  Let me show you with an example. First step is to make an excel sheet with following headings:

Let's start with the Amazon Detail.

The things that we need is highlighted now we can add these data in our sheet.

Formulas:

Sub Total = Price x Qty

Amazon Tax is 15% on Products whose price is greater than 15 and 8% on products whose price is less than15.
To calculate Amazon Tax we apply the formula:

Amazon Tax = If(Price>15,Sub Total x 15/100, Sub Total x 8/100)

Balance Price = Sub Total - Amazon Tax

Now let's deal with Supplier Detail.

Copy the seller id from your sheet and search it on your sams membership, then add the details you require.

Note: Here the saving is basically a discount if any product has discount on it then it will be automatically calculated.

Formulas:

Total Cost = Sub Total + Tax + Shipping - Saving

Profit = Balance Price - Total Cost

Delivery Report

Status is depend on order status, basically there are 4 types of status:

• In Progressing: This is first state after placing an order.
• Shipping: The second state is shipping state.
• Shipped: When your supplier gave you a tracking then the status of order changes to Shipped.
• Delivered: This is the final status when order is delivered.
