In this tutorial I am showcasing how to add cinematic black bars in Adobe Premiere Pro and Animate them using Crop Effect very easily and quickly. This looks good in cinematic videos and BROLL Sequences in vlogs.
You can find CROP effect in "Effects~VideoEffects~Transform~CROP".
