Prism Blur Effect!
Description
In this tutorial I am showcasing how to create PRISM BLUR EFFECT or BLURRED EDGE EFFECT or RGB EDGE EFFECT in Adobe Premiere Pro in 2020. You can use VR Digital Glitch Effect to get started and easily recreate it on your own. This effect can be used in vlogs, cinematic BROLLS, TIK TOK VIDEOS, INSTAGRAM STORIES and wherever you want. It's so lit and trippy!!!
Note: It's a beginner level tutorial so anyone with little idea about editing in PP will understand quickly. All instructions are easy to follow and have been highlighted with text within the video. Apart from this, there are many hidden trick bombs you can find in the video like shortcuts and extra info. Please watch full video to understand all the settings.
