Kyrgios rides 2 tiebreaks to Citi Open men's title

Nick Kyrgios overcame a bothersome back and used two of his 18 aces to close out a 7-6 (6), 7-6 (4) win over Daniil Medvedev at the Citi Open for his second title of the year.

The 24 year old Australian is actually doing great. Kudos to him.
