... at the gorgeous, it is a tradition for our aunt to bake Christmas Fruit Cake for each family every year.
She is not young. She is nearly 70 this year and still a good chef and good baker. This is one of the best Christmas fruit cake I have ever tasted in my life. The last I ate it somewhere, I had the idea that fruit cake tasted weird. Not until I tasted hers, my perception towards fruit cake took a new turn. Renewed. Restored.
She usually puts rum in. And all the ingredients were generous and well-balanced.
Perfect for anytime; breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. Oh my.... How am I going to keep fit now?

You can run up and down to the cake to cut of a small slice!9, enjoy it, lucky you with an aunt like that!
