Knitting - I knit a relaxation scarf
It's meditative. The rhythmic repetitive movements seem to put me in the present moment, distracting from mulling over the past or fear of the future. I like doing something with my own hands.
These are the scarves that my work colleague has knit.
My goal is to master the technique and knit scarves beautiful like these.
what awesome knitted scarves. I love hand-knitted scarves. My mother knits. She has always made all my woollens. I know knitting but don't have a talent for it. . Your knitting is awesome. Yes knitting is cathartic :)
@crosheille has made an initiative here on Steemit to spread needlework art and get it displayed. Sewing, knitting and crocheting seems to have become a lost art, that is until Steemit.
