✅ What habits should be developed to maintain a healthy and conscious lifestyle during the month of Ramadan?

Well, Ramadan is a time where by Muslim have to fast, pray and study the Quran thoroughly. You may also spend more time with your family, friends and community practicing good deeds and charitable giving and also having self control these and many more are all the good habits usually exibited by Muslim during the month of Ramadan.

✅ How should time management be done in Ramadan to increase the importance of self-purification and worship?

Management of time in Ramadan can be of great significance, and that can be utilize or achieve when we:

1. Refrain from sins: Seek protection from Allah and depending on him alone
2. Plead Allah for his love and the love of prophet and his family
3. Stay longer in the state of prayer, seeking forgiveness and nearness to him Allah with the whole of heart.

✅ What should be the right diet for Sehri and Iftar during Ramadan so that the body is healthy?

During Ramadan, whole grains, vegetable, fruits, lean protein, healthy fat (fats from plants like olive oil and nuts). A big bowl of millet portage with milk, wheat/oats based cereals with milk, and so many are indeed the right diet for sehri and Iftar during Ramadan period.

✅ How should the use of technology and social media be controlled during Ramadan to ensure the proper use of time?

The use of technology during Ramadan is allowed, but if you know that there are some apps in the phone or any of your devices that might not enable you to continue a safe fasting I guess it should be deleted for purity sake. Technology should not temper with our fasting or nearness to Allah, again You should not allow or make the use of technology entice you not to fast during this holy days.
