Mint is a great appetisers or palate cleaner, and it promotes digestion. It also soothes the stomach in case of indigestion or inflammation. When your stomach feels stick then you can have a cup of mint tea and it will give you relief.

There are lot more benefits of mint. There are lots of information present on Internet and some different book regarding medicine. Just we should research about it. And we should know how we can get benefits from the little mint plant.

Great work.
I drink a smoothie with mint every morning (of course not only mint that would be weird). But it does help with stomach problems.
But the best way to consume mint is in cocktails ;)
