「Travel & Food」大排拌川 / Noodles Served with Pork Chop 20190619
我一直分不清楚「拌面」、「拌川」和「炒面」的区别…
拌面是杭州人很喜欢的早餐，通常在碗里放上酱油和猪油再将过水的面条放入，撒上一把新鲜小葱调味拌匀。上海的葱油拌面则是把鲜葱换成葱油，个人觉得杭州的比较好吃。
拌川和炒面我是真的分不清了，问了家里长辈以后得知这两者的区别在于是否过油。杭州人在做拌川的时候，将生面在水中煮熟以后捞出，放入碗中加上浇头（各种食材）拌均即可。如果是炒面的话，则是将食材入油锅炒熟后放入面条一同炒匀。
话虽如此，我想我是吃不太出来面条是否有经过油锅翻炒过的…Anyway，不懂这一些依然不妨碍我喜欢吃拌川！尤其是加上我最爱的大排，满足感MAX！！如果大家来杭州玩的话，一定要找个面店尝一尝唷:D
