"True leaders don't create followers. They create more leaders "

True leaders never feel threatened, they are comfortable in their own skin - they share!! Somewhere within their heart they have a passion to create more leaders like themselves or even better!! They then sit back and bask in their creation - that's part of their legacy - a winning creation!!! True leaders are proud of and celebrate the existence of the leaders they create!! 

If a leader doesn't create a new leader (preferably a better one than him or her), then the organisation that he or she is leading is heading, at best to a dead-end and at worst to a disaster! 

However, not every follower can become a leader, because then the big or even the  small "pool" of followers aspiring to be leaders can create a real "mess" in the organisation, in many respects, on their own  way up! 

They say that "...you either lead or you follow or you get out of the way..." but if the case happens to be that some highly aspiring leaders don't or can't lead, don't follow and DON'T get out of the way...then comes the mess!!
