Recipe How to Make Pecel Seasoning
Hello Hello I am returning with my usual post cooking πππ it is understandable that it's just simple easy π the story is today's fasting again ni So today I make a lot of pecel spice stock .. Hehehe mean let me easy entar if longer males cook live boiled vegetables the same eggs continue to be sprinkled spicy deh πππ #MalesModeOn

First prepare the materials ..:
- 1kg peanut.
- 3 large garlic balls.
- 1 grip kencur, I forget how many grams π
- 5 large red peppers. Big red chilli is not too give a spicy taste but this chili makes the color of spice pecalnya so more tempting ππ
- 1 handful of kaffir lime leaves, about 25 sheets.
- 500gr brown sugar (shredded / combed).
- 2 packs rather large seedless java.
- Chilli orange according to taste.
Peel and clean all ingredients.
Peanut fry using a little oil (kurab 2sdm) with the smallest fire stove .. This stage is the heaviest π let the beans cooked evenly and perfect peanuts should be stirred constantly .. When all the ingredients have been cool enough mix it all .. Fried peanuts, red sugar that has been shaved, spices that have been fried and 2sdm fine salt .. Mix well.
NOTE: Because the preferred standard on the salty and sweet taste of each person is different so salt and sugar can be added at the time of serving.
Because I do not have a peanut / meat grinder so I was forced to go to a special place for spice milling ππ but if you have a copper or spice / meat grinder then it can be done at home yes .. ππ

It can be a lot .. One big tupperware. Close the meeting stay save in the fridge deh ... But if it feels too much can try to make half the recipe just yes .. Stay divided only two all the ingredients π
Well every time we use live just take a few spoons wrote (as needed) continue to stay add a little hot water keep stirring yes, wait a minute until the spice is really blend with the water yes .. Hot water dikira-kira .. Do not be too dilute, not too thick .. After that taste .. If it is less salty or sweet can be added white sugar and fine salt a little more ..
Seasoning pecal ready to use .. Can be doused into boiled vegetables can also for cilok and cireng seasoning .. ππ
