AnIntroduceToMyself

Hey! It's Deniz, a fresher in Steemit, an imperfect vegan for 2 years, also an art student, and struggling with some mental issues, the main one is Bipolar type 2. Think that's it:)
Why she's here- why she's writing? Well, there are lot's of vegan bloggers on the web, reccomendations for where the vegans can eat&drink, supermarket choices, recipes based on complex materials etc etc.

But.

Do we really need to stick on the industrial food for feeling full and satisfied? Wouldn't it be a better way to understand the nature and become minimalistic on our food choices? Does the industry-even if it's vegan industry- fit our ethical thoughts on veganism and the respect for nature?

While this imperfect vegan was struggling with her mentah health and started taking dozens of pills, she discovered going for minimalism on her food choices and eating as "natural" as possible was effecting on her brain in a good way- it turned back to her as feeling lighter, more tender, cleaner.

Maybe she will share some experiences here, some memories, occasionaly recipes, etc.

Please enjoy ! :)r001-036.jpg

hi deniz

Hey ! :)

dude them pills will fuck you up, let your brain sort it out. and remmeber to exercise :)

It's a terrible loop- you take some pills and you don't feel any energy to exercise-to get energy you take your other pills. Well, i'm trying my best :)

They justr arnt good full stop, they fuck your neuro transmitters around, some my mates have turned to zombies on them , but when your stop your brain will release the right neuro transmitters overtime to even out your brain chemistry

Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?

Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
