I'm very excited to participate in the power up contest hosted by Steemit Iron Chef one of my favourite communities.

Thursday is a very auspicious day as it is weekly Laxmi Maa worship day for Hindus. So today I'll ignite some steem as a sacrifice to mata Laxmi.

First of all I open the wallet. I sign-in to wallet with my private owner key. I found the SP before power up 4,485.382 STEEM. I took a screenshot as uploaded below.

I clicked the half hand arrow beside the Steem value. I just selected power up button. And took 15 steem for power up. I confirmed the amount to ignite. I took a screenshot and shared below.

I regularly power up on weekly basis in order to maintain my club status which not only make my upvote strong but also strengthen the Steem value. So it is always a pleasure to burn 50% or more Steem as a responsible Steemian. Though today I have burn approx 99%. It is also mandatory to maintain a minimum club status to participate various contest organised by the different communities for eligibility.

After power up I found my SP 4,500.385 STEEM. I took a screenshot and shared. So my power up is 15 STEEM.

Though my progress is very slow but I have strong belief that I'll reach my first dolphin by end of May as it's just short by 500 SP. But the estimated wallet value is depleting very fast in last three months.
