Many Of Those Suffer From Dark Circles Under Eyes, These Black Rings Look Like Exhausted & Ill.

These Dark Circles look tired, stressed, sick, depressed, older and plain bad.

These rings are very obvious and annoying, it's difficult to cover up and even harder to get rid of it, those are the bane of peoples lives, when it have an big dark half moons under the eyes, the objective observer is likely to guess the age as 5-10 years older than without these under eye blemishes.

Some best way to prevent dark circle under the eyes, need to sleep, eat and drinking of water well.

Some Common Cause:

1) Allergies : Dark circles under the eyes can be result of allergies to airborne substances, such as an pollen or dust, because of rubbing of their itchy eyes, maybe of food allergies and the sensitivities also contribute to the dark circles.

2) Genetic : Dark circles under the eyes runs in the families, these tend to more noticeable through the objective with their fair skin and deep set eyes.

3) Thinning Skin : The skin under eyes is an thin delicate to begin with, as self age, skin and the fat of pad under the eyes becomes thinner, causing of blood vessels becomes noticeable, though this gives appearance of the dark circles, because of the sun damage make it worse in it weaken of the skin.

4) Lack Of Sleep : The lack of sleep can make self skin appear more pale, which allows the blood vessels to be more visible through skin, giving the appearance of dark circle.

5) Iron Deficiency Anemia : Iron deficiency anemia cause a bluish tinge below eyes.

6) Fluid Retention : Blood vessels under the eyes become puffy and dilated, which contribute the dark circles, excess of dietary of salt and smoking are the common cause.

7) Dehydration : Is the sign of dark circles under the eyes.

Home Remedies:

1) Get an plenty of rest.

2) Need to drink enough water.

3) Antioxidant pigments such as foods cranberries, bilberries, blueberries tea(black & green), onions, black currant, legumes and parsley.

4) need to wear sunscreen with the minimum of SPF 30, to prevent skin weakening caused by sun damage.

5) Apply cool cucumber slices or potato slices over closed eyes for 15 min.

6) Grate potato and wrap in the cloth, put on eyelids for 15 to 20 min, then rinse well with warm water.

7) Take an 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of tomato juice, apply this mixture on the black circles around the eyes, twice a day, it lightens the circle.

8) Apply plain cool teabags over closed eyes(avoid herbal teabags, most of are not effective).

9) Crushed the mint and apply around eye to lighten the dark under eye circles.

This soothes tired eyes instantly help boost of blood circulation in the under eye area.
