How I cooked my better okra and ndukpouyo soup
INTRODUCTION
Hello my fellow steemians I hope you are having a good day. I am here to show you guys what I prepared for m family so as to digest into our body.
What I have here is okra and ndukpouyo soup. It is very easy to prepare and I will show you guys the steps I used in preparing my delicious meal.

Steps in preparing the soup
Firstly I begun by steaming the chicken.
The steaming process is very important so as to allow the mixture of the ingredients penetrate the chicken.
In the steaming, I added pepper, onions and Seasoning cubes. I added 2 cubes (seasoning cubes), a bulb of onion and some pepper and also a little water.
I allowed the mixture to cook very well then I later added my palm oil to the steamed chicken without removing it from the fire. In the pot where I added the palm oil, I added the ndukpouyo and then allow to cook.
Then I added the fish. I first of all divided the fish into two in order to remove the bone so as to avoid chocking. When I added it, I stared it to make it mix well. Then when it boiled well, I added my crayfish, and then the okra. I staired it so as the mixture should mix with the okra. After some minutes, I added the pumpkin leaf and immediately remove from fire.
You can enjoy your okra soup with the use of baked garri or fufu or semovita but as for me I enjoyed it with the use of baked garri.
