Error scrolling to the bottom of /payout page
Expected behavior
When scrolling down to the bottom of steemit.com/payout, I expect the posts to load continuously.
Actual behavior
It stops loading at the bottom of the first page and we can only see the spinning gif icon indicating that it's still loading, but it never does.
How to reproduce
Browse to https://steemit.com/payout and scroll to the bottom.
- Browser: Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Operating system: macOS High Sierra 10.13.3

Yeah WTF that shit sucks, I tested it and it just says its loading with a spinning icon, the icon is a LIE, because it never loads
but until today I HAD NO IDEA there was a steemit.com/payout which organizes steem posts in order of highest paid I'm guessing???

Who is supposed to see this post and implement a fix? Wouldn't it be the best to contact the steemit inc. crew and discuss the bug directly with them?
That's the cool thing about utopian.io. These reports often integrate right into github so the developers can see them.

Same happens on all.
First time seeing steemit.com/payout and out of curosity just clicked the link and seems to be same page as trending meaning, shows post with the highest pending rewards.

Both /payout and /payout_comments are for monitoring posts/comments that are about to pay relative to the amount so that stakeholders can decide if they're something they would like to flag at the last 12 hours.
And here I was thinking flagging was based on just trending post and only users whose post makes it to the trending page gets different view about if they deserved that particular amount or not.

didn't face such issue yet, I thing this happens to whose who have good payout amount :)
