꼬막비빔밥
부산 처갓집에서 이것저것
음식을 택배로 보내주셨는데요😀
그중에 꼬막을 다 손질해서
한팩에 보내주신게 있더라구요
달래장을 만들어서 꼬막비빔밥을
해먹어보기로 했습니다
전날 먹고 남은 불고기와
밑반찬도 꺼냈구요
김치전처럼 보이지만 꼬막전이라고 합니다
중간중간 쫄깃하게 씹히는 꼬막이 매력적이었구요
와이프표 계란말이도 함께했네요😉
김을 싸서 꼬막과 달래장과
함께 먹으니 쫄깃한 꼬막과
향긋한 달래, 고소한 김이 어우러져
환상적인 맛이었네요👍
