This Time is Breaking Time at The end of Ramadhan

أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فرض زكاة الفطر من رمضان
} "That Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wa sallam obliged zakat fitri for the end of Ramadan." Bah

As for the time there are two:
- Allowable time, ie one or two days before Idul Fitri
وكانوا يعطون قبل الفطر بيوم أو يومين
🍃 "In the past they performed zakat fitri a day or two before breaking the fast (end of Ramadan)." 🍃

2.The main time is from the dawn of the festival until the prayer id
وأمر بها أن تؤدى قبل خروج الناس إلى الصلاة
} "And Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wa sallam ordered to fulfill zakat fitri before the exit of man to Eid prayer." 🍃

Prohibited procrastinating Zakat Fithri until after Idol
من أداها قبل الصلاة, فهي زكاة مقبولة, ومن أداها بعد الصلاة, فهي صدقة من الصدقات
} "Whoever ejects it before Eid prayers then it is the charity received and whoever removes it after the Eid al-Fitr prayer then it is a sadaqah." Barang

🌸 Is Special Reading In Zaltat Distribution?
For a zakah person or a zakat dealer there is no special reading, it is enough intention at heart that he issues zakat fithr.
As for the recipient of zakat or mustahiq zakat, some scholars recommend reading certain passages, Imam An-Nawawi Asy-Syafii rahimahullah make a special chapter in his book Al-Adzkar "Chapter Dhikikir Linked Zakat", then he put a history in sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abdullah bin Abi Aufa radhiyallahu anhuma he said, If the Messenger of Allaah sallallaahu alaihi wasallam visited by a people by bringing his zakat said:
اللهم صل عليهم
} "Allohumma sholli 'alaihim" 🍃
Come Abi Aufa Radhiyallahu anhu to him by bringing zakat then he sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said:
اللهم صل على آل أبي أوفى
} "Allahumma sholli 'ala ali Abi Aufa" 🍃
