Hola amigo, bueno, es una pregunta compleja, para poder ser moderador o algo así hay que tener mucha base. Ser full colaborador con la comunidad.
A veces algunas comunidades solicitan colaboración y los usuarios hacen sus ofrecimientos y ellos escogen. Aunque no es algo frecuente.
Lo que te puedo sugerir es que aprendas bastante y estés dispuesto a ayudar aun sin esperar nada a cambio, porque eso es otra cosa, a veces esto es mucho voluntariado, no es "un trabajo " como tal, no sé si me explico.
En fin, es mi humilde opinión. Si quieres ayudar y apoyar al crecimiento de la plataforma siempre te irá bien.
