And I thought yesterday was tough! Steem is lower and access to Steemit has been limited lately. Not a problem when you can look forward to a freshly made sandwich.

I used the following to make this sandwich:

Bread:

• Wheat flour
• Water
• Yeast
• Salt
• Black Olives
• Garlic
• Rosemary
• Black pepper

Filler

• Mantecoso cheese
• Tomato
• Onion
• Thai basil
• Lettuce
• Lime
• Balsamic vinegar 
• Salt and pepper

 Today I have a rather large order of bread from a local hotel. Just wish I said no to the breakfast rolls. Super fiddly to make and take up a lot of relative time.  I don't know how I am going to break the news to the two chefs at the hotel. 

I did manage to make a few more garlic/olive/honey rolls for myself. So before I do anything else. I am going to make myself a quick lunch. I ended up eating three of these and no! there are no photos of me enjoying this feast. 

Nothing beats a fresh salad on a hot summer's day. I have some Thai basil growing in the garden and is a great salad compliment. 

Once cooled for at least 30 minutes, this beauty of a bread is ready to be made into a great but simple sandwich. 

A couple of slices of Mantecoso cheese. Now that the bread is open, I am getting the full force smell of warm olives and garlic.
