(HOW TO) Dab marijuana concentrates with a quartz nail. My post-cancer pain-relief story.

I woke up with a great deal of pain and decided to share some of my personal information about how I manage the pain with the help of medical marijuana, prescribed by my physician.

As I was cleaning my fir sauna and preparing to heat up my quartz crystal nail to vaporize organic live resin concentrate, I was inspired to bare some honesty about something painful that I live with and how I cope.

If you or someone you know could benefit from the wonderful world of plant medicine, especially cannabis, I highly recommend asking your doctor and/or naturopath for information about what may be legal and/or possible for you.
