An important indicator of a country's growth and development can be seen from the quality of its human resources, because this is an important foundation for encouraging the country's growth and development in various fields. Indonesia as a developing country is one of my discussion topics in this season's Steemit Engagement Challenge.

If we look at the aspect of the country's growth and development, I see that the most popular job orientation in Indonesia from my perspective is in the medical and other health services sector. This can be seen from the large number of people interested in medical faculties and other health sciences during the selection for new student admissions on various campuses. in Indonesia.
The medical profession and health workers are one of the most popular professions in Indonesia apart from the fields of science and engineering. However, this profession currently does not guarantee adequate income as in previous years.
If graduates focus more on working in government agencies, currently this profession will have difficulty getting a decent income considering the number of graduates in the medical field is quite high every year and is not comparable to the needs analysis set by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment as the umbrella for civil servants in Indonesia.
This profession actually has quite large potential if it can be developed in the form of independent practice, both in big cities and other small cities in Indonesia. Not only the medical profession but all types of health professions, including doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, dental nurses and other professions, will get a promising income from independent practice.

Not all fields of work can be replaced by AI, for example the world of medicine. Health services not only require curative efforts through administering medicines to treat illnesses in accordance with medical diagnosis, but patients can be cured which is greatly influenced by aspects of sympathy and empathy shown by doctors or other health workers.
They feel comfortable and receive good treatment during the treatment period, this will build a paradigm for patients to increase self-confidence and fulfill all instructions given during the service.
Then preventive, rehabilitative and promotive also cannot be represented by AI technology, people with various levels of education need the right methods to socialize and provide appropriate action.
Meanwhile, there are certain other fields such as information that can be done using AI services.

Unemployment can only be overcome by the availability of adequate employment opportunities, in this case state security is a factor that encourages the creation of an investment climate from investors both from within and outside the country.

What is a country without good health care services I think most of us would have been dead by now if don't have good medical doctors, nurse, midwife etc.

The rate of unemployment is everywhere in the world including in my dear country Nigeria 😭 where unemployment is increasing day by day, so the best way to get rid of it is for the government to open companies and industries and also support small scale business men and women this way unemployment will be reduced.
The government should also Increase salaries of health care workers this way they will have many workers.

Sin duda el crecimiento de un país se refleja en la calidad de su recurso humano. Existen países que no tienen los recursos naturales que tienen otros y sin embargo son más prósperos pues ha sabido aprovechar su recurso humanos y sus talentos.
La medicina es una de las profesiones más importantes para un país por el impacto tan positivo en la salud de la población. Lamentablemente las políticas de los gobiernos muchas veces ineficientes e ineficaces no han sabido apreciar ese recurso humano y profesional para mejorar la salud y el bienestar de los ciudadanos.
La IA no es capaz de representar la actitud ni los cuidados que un médico puede hacer pero es de gran ayuda a nivel de la información.
Reducir el desempleo es esta área como en cualquier otra depende de políticas acertadas del gobierno que garanticen la inversión y el crecimiento económico.

There is ample employment in health related services in your country Indonesia. Nowadays, there is a lot of competition in every field and the sources of employment are less. There are many who take the exam but there is a shortage of employment opportunities for them. But health sector is such a sector, where even if people do their private practice, they can get good income.
