Weekly Report as Indonesia Country Representative - Oct 10 to Oct 17, 2022
To realize the Steemit promotion through social media, a few days ago I announced a Steemit Promotion challenge contest through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
The attractiveness of steemians is still relatively low, To apply a Consistent attitude as Indonesia Country Representative in an effort to promote Steemit through social media, I will redesign the example and form of Steemit Promotion using youtube in the next 2 days.
Promotion through youtube can be used through the introduction of the platform, providing evidence and results from the platform so that every new potential user realizes that the platform provides a decent reward as an investment asset in the form of crypto currency.
In principle, the purpose of the promotion is not consumptive, meaning that users only monetize the income earned from curation, but how to present and convey long-term investment opportunities to Steem.
The above is an initial framework that will be designed in the form of a video and published on social media (youtube).
To encourage user participation, I will give more rewards than the previous steem promo contest which was allocated 25 Steem. The prize target of up to 30 steem for qualified contestants is expected to stimulate many participants to become part of the promoter. Then an additional prize in the form of support from the booming by referring to the rules that have been set by the Steemit Team.

The use of personal accounts in the form of curation is mostly used for Indonesian users who use the tagging #indonesia, then an average of 25% is allocated to Engagement Challenge participants in Steem For Betterlife Community, the rest is for active community users from various countries.
From the picture it can be seen that the activities that I do can be reflected in the following CSI voting with a score of 21.5. I cast 223 votes for 144 accounts.

Starting from October 08, 2021, I have consistently maintained the stability of the club so that until now, this is one of my efforts to encourage users in Indonesia to continue to improve their club status, and in the last 3 posts I have set 100% Power Up, except for posts that support charity. Hopefully this will continue to drive an increase in account strength.

In the last 7 posts I only allocated 75% of the rewards for World Smile Project Int and World Smile Project Nigeria, this is an effort to encourage an increase in World Smile Project Cash so that each program can be realized as soon as possible.

Teamwork is the most important part in the success of the World Smile Project in all representative countries, we also adopt the implementation of projects that are not simultaneous in one location making it difficult to raise funds to complete the project.
The lack of support from donors is an obstacle in being able to implement the program on a large scale, so it is necessary to anticipate the current shortage of funds and cash availability, which can be seen from the World Smile Project fund flow report and charity accounts of state representatives.
Then as a Millionaire Team I work every Thursday and added on Sunday October 23, 2022 which is oriented towards Contest Organizers, Contest Winner Announcements and Contest Winners according to the Millionaire Team rules.
To re-engage in the November Curation Team, I will also re-apply and should continue to be given the trust to be part of the Team, considering this is another form of contribution that I can use to encourage the realization of the program initiated by the Steemit Team.
On the other hand, as the Steemit Engagement Challenge Organizing Community, I am also actively verifying posts from engagement season 5 week 1 and week 2 participants.
This is a short report about my activities as Indonesia's Country Representative and other responsibilities to encourage the publication of the platform widely and increase the electability of the community.
