This week's reporting period is from 19 September to 25 September 2022, as Country Representative for Indonesia, I again report on activities as a Country Representative in the form of steem growth and other activities that encourage user growth and development in publishing quality content.
Currently, large-scale investments made by users some time ago became a trending topic in Indonesia, this is a positive topic and should be a lesson for users in Indonesia to take strategic steps like what one investor did from September 17 to 19, 2022.
Activities like this will encourage the stability of the steem ecosystem in the market and we hope that other investors will come to improve the investment climate on this platform.

From the diagram, besides showing my account activity for the last 7 days, I use curation in general for Indonesian users, then some of them provide support to other users who release posts on Steem For BetterLife Community or other communities in Indonesia, this is done to provide support to authors so that they can continue to release their posts in the community on a regular basis.
From the data quoted from steemworld.org, it shows that the activities I do can be reflected in the following CSI voting with a value of 21.4 (0.00% self, 208 upvotes, 131 accounts, last 7d).

The growth and development of steem is an important indicator that must be carried out by the Country Representative and I am no exception as a representative in Indonesia, to support these activities I carry out various positive activities either in the form of releasing content or carrying out other activities for the growth and development of the community both on a fitness scale and the international community.
In Steem For BetterLife Community I regularly release contests with varied topics every week, I limit the number of contests to two times a week, this is done to provide space for moderators and volunteers to actively create contests with topics they are interested in.
With the continuous birth of various contests, it is hoped that active posters will continue to grow and remain consistent in writing creatively and educatively.
During this period I have also evaluated the implementation of the contest entitled "Quality Comments Engagement Contest", I as the organizer thank you for the support of the contestants so that with Reward 25 Steem Power can continue to trigger them to be actively involved in interacting in comments.

Project implementation in Nigeria and Indonesia is our current focus as a global Charity Program manager, and the risk management of financial deficits on project realization is a matter of concern.
Together the team continues to establish communication and coordination in order to realize development activities in the two countries. Separately I also made a special announcement to support the Program in Nigeria with the topic "Help Nigeria Solar PV STEEM Project Development Budget Deficit"

To encourage the growth of Steem, as part of Team 2 I am tasked with providing curation every Sunday with a focus on posts belonging to #club100, #club75 and #club5050, with and without neglecting the quality aspect and free from plagiarism activity.

Steem For BetterLife Community's credibility has decreased when viewed from the aspect of active posters and pending rewards, we continue to work to improve it, one of which is through the Steemit Engagement Challenge application season 5, as well as the country community (Steem Indonesia Community), if selected as a community of season 5 engagement participants, it is expected community will be better than now and in the future.
