Weekly Report As Steem Representative: April 13 to 19, 2024 - #1
In the first report since the new Steem Representative announcement update, I report several routine activities that I carried out during the last week. These activities include holding regular contests, moderating posts in the community and providing positive comments for user growth and development.
Apart from that, I also report on other activities with Team Burn and curate the Charity Int account, namely World Smile Project International.
This week I am also actively releasing contests on various topics. Here's the list

The table list above shows the last 2 contests where I have announced the best contributors, I allocated prizes in the form of Steem power so that through the distribution of these prizes it will encourage increased user account strength.
On the other hand, until the end of April I also have an initiative through user interaction by delegating 500 Steem Power to users with unique comments, then giving an additional reward of 10 Steem Power, the number of prizes in the form of delegation can increase according to the number of interested people who will participate in this program.

In the diagram showing my activities as an admin who moderates a number of positive posts and comments on the Steem for Betterlife Community, it can be seen that as of April 19, I have posted 102 comments with 46 unique comments, I also moderate using the @steembetterlife account.
I realize that the moderation I have carried out has not been optimal so some posts have been missed, this is because of the curation method that I use from the newest publications to the oldest. In the future, the verification scheme will be changed so that it does not overlap with verification carried out by other admins/moderators in the community.
Together with Team Burn, I have completed shift 1 by moderating 23 posts from various countries, with various background tags and topics, all posts that are valued with the SC03 account are publications that support the burnsteem initiative.
From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is 31.8 ( 0.00 % self, 323 upvotes, 218 accounts, last 7d ) I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.
I would like to thank the support and trust given by the Steemit Team so that I can be with other SRs. Even though I have not been able to carry out my duties and responsibilities optimally, I am sure that I will continue to do my best in the future.
