Weekly Report As Steem Representative: April 27 to May 03, 2024 - #3
I opened this week's report by conveying the progress of my personal account which has increased rapidly in the last week, I have increased my Steem power to reach 70,580.50 Steem Power within 11 days since achieving the 13th dolphin.
I continue to strive to increase the strength of the account and if I get adequate support, I am targeting before December this year to have reached 100,000 Steem Power. Hopefully, this will happen soon.
As a regular contest organizer, I report active contests and contests that have been announced which can be seen in the table below.

In all contests that I publish, I allocate prizes in the form of Steem power, the aim is for participants who are nominated to be able to increase the strength of their accounts so that they continue to grow and develop sustainably.
I also failed to organize a contest on the topic Get Delegated 500 SP + 10 SP for Unique Comments in Steem for Betterlife Community, This contest aims to raise awareness for users in the community to actively interact positively with fellow users. Unique comments with a total of 300 comments for almost 1 month will receive a reward of 500 Steem Power and an additional 10 Steem Power which will be directly transferred to their account.
Because it did not meet the requirements, I did not announce the winner of the content so I had to look for a new initiative to change the user paradigm to not only focus on writing their publications without interacting.
For newcomers, I carry out direct interaction in the form of sharing understanding about the platform, quite a few of them stop before registering an account, this is closely related to the emphasis I make to be able to grow and develop on the platform what needs to be done is to be consistent, meaning consistent learning. understand steem and have a long-term target to continue to increase the strength of the account and join the initiative program if you want to get support.

As a community admin and Steem Representative, I actively moderate community posts every day, in several posts, I also insert input and suggestions for writers to improve the quality of their content in the form of writing style (markdown).
I also give a warning message to users who use AI services to publish their content, if they repeat the same thing over and over again, I also take a firm stance by restricting them from republishing in the community.
From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is 23.4 ( 0.00 % self, 285 upvotes, 160 accounts, last 7d ) I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.
I actively write posts on various topics and am a participant in the Steemit Engagement Challenge, contests, The Diary Game and other publications. I'm happy to stay here and continue to increase the strength of the account regularly.
