Weekly Report As Steem Representative: March 29 to April 05, 2024

In the Steem Representative report for the period March 29 to April 05, 2024, activities as a Steem Representative refer to several activities, including holding regular contests with various topics, then moderating a number of posts on the Steem for Betterlife Community, carrying out duties as World Smile Project Int Manager, The curation team with Team Burn and other positive activities.

This week the World Smile Project Team and I have distributed aid in the form of basic food items and cash amounting to IDR. 50,000 to orphans in several sub-districts in North Aceh district, has now entered the second stage of distribution.

We are grateful that the concrete steps we have taken have provided direct benefits to poor families in the category of poor families who have no father due to death. The smiles on their faces have given us new enthusiasm to continue working to raise funds for the next program.

In particular, on behalf of the Management of World Smile Project Int, I would like to express my gratitude for the support and donations from @wakeupkitty so far because with their help we have been able to accommodate a number of needs which we have distributed from stage 1 to completion in the next few days.

The table above shows that there are 2 active contests that I have published, both contests are allocated prizes in the form of steem power, while the other contest is the announcement/determination of the best contestant by distributing 14 SP to the winner.

As a user, I continue to be motivated to continue holding contests regularly and in the future, I will try to update the contest topics so as to increase the participants' interest in getting involved and becoming part of the contestants.

I continue to emphasize to participants that they not only see the prize value of a contest, but how they can get involved through publications and ideas in their publications and most importantly can build positive interactions towards the growth and development of the diversity of content on this platform.

As a community time curator who is part of Team Burn, I continuously carry out my duties professionally and together with other teams carry out my duties well, I compile a weekly spreadsheet and today is my second work shift in the first week of April.

I have not completed the curation because I have selected posts that are worthy of support. The support requirements refer to the curation guidelines that were published in the inspiracion post at the beginning of the first week.

In the first shift, the amount of curation support that I could carry out was not effective, I only completed 18 posts due to the new team transition process, and as usual, the Steemit Team updated the SC03 account key post and I only received it back a few hours after VP was 100%.

To maintain team balance, based on the results of coordination with Team Burn, I decided to end curation according to schedule (UTC time), even though it was 1 hour past normal use, I thought it would not be an obstacle for the next shift.

From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is 25.1 ( 0.00 % self, 230 upvotes, 141 accounts, last 7d ) I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.

I also consider users with Burnsteem support to be curated using personal accounts with varying percentages of votes.
That is my brief report about the activities I have carried out over the last 7 days.

I would like to thank the support and trust given by the Steemit Team so that I can be with other SR. Even though I have not been able to carry out my duties and responsibilities optimally, I am sure that I will continue to do my best in the future.
