After hearing the death sentence, why do judges break the pen?
When a criminal is called a death sentence, then the judge who decides to execute the death sentence from the pen. Many people do not know about this, but this question is wandering people from year-old in the mind that the judge breaks the nutrients in the end.
But now there are many ideas in this context that can help the judiciary to get the real reasons for this ritual. According to an ideology, the judge breaks the pipe of this pen so that no decision can be made again from this pen. The process of killing a person or death is considered to be an immortality process which causes purity and penility. So the pen is broken.
But this is not the only theory of this process, because according to one another, the pen nab is broken so that nobody can change it after one's time, including the judge who has written the decision. When it is announced that death sentence, it is considered final and nobody can afford it. Only high court can decide this decision.
Another sentence of breaking the pen after hearing the death sentence is also said that the judge does this because of his own guilt. The power to take someone's life is only with God and by virtue of being a human being he is only paying his official duty. Therefore, the pan's ninetrhea declares that he is not taking anybody's life, but is just paying his official duty.
