Hey , beautiful and powerful Girls, how are you all?
This is the first time I have come to share something different with all of you.

In this pandemic , Many of us have stopped eating out. Especially those who have children at home.

My younger brother is 8 years old.So, We avoid outside foods in our house.So as much as I can, I try to make or cook me and my brother's favorite foods at home.

Ice cream is our biggest companion in this summer season. So I thought I should share a recipe of vanilla ice cream for my lovelies in this community. So that they can carefully prepare their favorite foods for themselves and their family.

I'm not good in cooking. But i like to cook or make and share my favorite recipes.

So, let's start

Ingredients :-

Whipping CreamPowder - 100gm
Milk- 200ml
Milk powder- 2tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1tbsp
Powder suger - 1/2 cup
Pink food colour

Take bowl , pour 100gm whipping cream powder. And 100ml milk and whip it in High speed.

Now Take 100ml milk and add 2tbsp milk powder .mix it properly .

Then add this mixture into the whipping cream.

Mix again with hand mixture

Add 1tbsp vanilla essence in the mixture.
And 1/2 cup suger .

the cream powder, I have used ,is already sweet, so I used a small amount of sugar powder. You can use according to your taste.

Now again mix all ingredients properly.

Take a another bowl . Tranfer some ice cream batter from the big bowl .and add pink food colour if you want a beautiful colour.

Mix again

Take a air tight container . pour some amount of white ice cream batter ,then add some amount of pink ice cream batter. Repeat this process again and again.

Now cover the container . And keep this container in the fridge for almost 10 hour or overnight .

After overnight , open the container and you can see the magical yummy ice cream .

So, the vanilla ice cream is ready to serve with chocolate syrup and rainbow balls .
