Sunday Funday Banana Pancakes with Lychee Love (FOOD PHOTOS INSIDE)

Sundays are great. Especially when they start with pancakes. Banana pancakes with lychees and cinnamon, and love, and joy, and brown sugar with mint.

Long story short, into your regular pancakes' mixture add some love in a form of bananas and lychees cut into small pieces.

I have used a non-stick pan, but if I was someone who does not have such thing, I would have used coconut oil.
