You may be listening to people who are dictating you what actions to take. All you wanted is to please them, but ask yourself, does it make you happy? If it does, then that's fine. You deserve to be happy. You've been investing time, effort, or even money for others but how about your gain? Sometimes, frustration happens, and eventually regrets when you don't get the love back. Someone may even talk behind your back, and that's the sad part. Instead of becoming a people pleaser, why not make please yourself first? Listen to yourself first before carrying out others' dictates. Protect yourself and your peace.
