It's a huge issue in our country today by which contractors are bagging hundreds of millions to billions from government projects. Such projects, particularly flood control, are either unfinished but marked as finished or it doesn't even exist at all. Others are substandard, or even with very poor quality, hence they're greatly damaged during the flood especially when current is strong. Corruption is just rampant! There has been series of floods in our country which damaged numerous properties, or even took human lives. It's a sad state we have now, but politicking is too bad right now, instead of taking steps in mitigating problems and resolve everything.

Traversing the roads in Tagaytay, and it doesn't feel like highlands. It's cold and beautiful. There are high buildings too.
