ULOG: Daybit Exchange Won't Let Me Withdraw
Bitcoin is bullish today, so I grabbed the opportunity to withdraw my Bitcoin in Daybit Exchange. It's just a small amount so I am expecting it is easy to withdraw. However, it is disappointing to see what happened as the screenshot shows above.
It won't let me verify through the phone even resending the code. It is an authentication that you own the account. I opened a ticket but still waiting for response.
I tried to open their website, and use it instead. When logging in, it won't let me send the authentication code. It means I cannot access my account as well because there's no code.
As shown, I am still waiting for the code. I haven't received any message showing the code. If I am going to resend it, and error will appear.
I wonder when I am able to withdraw. Is it intentional or just a real error?
