ULOG: No Internet Connection / Disappointing Daybit Exchange
It's been a rough day yesterday going online. We lost our internet connection with Globe, which my brother immediately complained about. It was restored about several hours. I had no choice but use my allocated data for the month.
There are two connections at home. Globe and PLDT. Those are at the screenshot above. It shows no connection on both. I called PLDT, and it asked for the phone number. Afterwards, it asked for the account number, and it will say invalid. I did it a lot of times, but nothing happened. PLDT is actually the worst in service and customer service.
Disappointed at Daybit Exchange
Yesterday, I already posted regarding the error on Daybit Exchange. I tried it again this morning, and I can't withdraw. When they responded in my email asking for screenshot, the app is automatically logged out, and I cannot login because there's no authentication sent, then when resending, the error appears.
I also tried via website, but there's also an error. This is very disappointing for a new exchange. For now, I won't recommend this exchange.
