LITTLE LIVES MATTER

How's it hanging?
I finally arrived home late today after a seemingly heavy dose of rainfall. I realized how much I had missed my soft mattress and medicine scented pillows 🤢🤢🤢😷 (I had been hospitalized for over a week + now due to developed traces of salmonella typhi and plasmodium parasites discovered in my blood. They were pretty developed, salmonella typhi scored high, majority of the reactions above 120%).
That aside!
It's good to be back
I got home quite later today than I thought and God was it breezing cold. I hugged my hoodie exceedingly tight and proceeded to check the rear segment of my apartment for its sanitary state and possible inhuman activities that might have occured. Guess what I found!
I found these litluns nestling, attempting to increase each others ration of warmth (I never really meant to harm/distract them but as soon as the camera flashed, they dispersed as hurriedly as possible).
Wanna know what I learnt from those lovelies? It's this
...that little lives matter. At your exalted positions, it is not wise to look down on lesser persons. No matter how unkempt they seem and how untrusted they may appear, they have feelings that need to be catered for and if hurt could lead to unexpected reactions.
The lesser people in the society do have lives and needs that need to be attended to, most times, their lives go through moments that are completely inhumane and are usually caused by the higher up in the society. Stop that. It doesn't help. When the lesser revolt, the hurt, disgrace, embarasment, will be more than when you had helped.
It's quite starless over here and windy as well. I think it wants to re-rain. Lemme go flap my blanket and prepare to snuggle in it.
