আমরা জানি ধূমপান আমাদের জীবনের জন্য মারাত্মক ক্ষতিকর দিক। তবু আমরা ধূমপান ছাড়িনা এবং ধূমপান এবং অনান্য মাদকদ্রব্য সেবন থেকে নিজেকে বিরত রাখতে পারিনা।আমাদের অবশ্যই জানা উচিত যে ধূমপান আমাদের জীবনকে অসুস্থ করে তোলে এবং ধীরে ধীরে আমরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের মৃত্যু বাহিত রোগ রোগে আক্রান্ত হতে পারে।তাই আমাদের অবশ্যই ধূমপান ত্যাগ করতে হবে এবং ধূমপায়ী ব্যক্তিদের কাছ থেকে দূরে থাকতে হবে। ধূমপান একটি অতি ব্যয়বহুল নেশা এবং এর থেকে পরিত্রান পাওয়া খুবই অসম্ভব।তাই আমাদের ছোট থেকে ধূমপান পরিহার করতে হবে এবং সুখী সমৃদ্ধ জীবন গড়ে তোলার জন্য নিজেকে তৈরি করতে হবে।
