I posted this Dogwood tree a few weeks back when it's red berries were new. She had green leaves then. Now as you can see, she has her scarlet robe on till the Winter comes and rips it away. Old Man Winter is so naughty sometimes.
Everything in life changes, not just the seasons, even when we don't want them too. You can't stop change, so try TRY to find things to enjoy in every season of weather..... and of life. (she told herself as if she was only talking to others)
Tomorrow is Halloween, time to get my broom shined up!

Isn't froggy sweet? He's my Watch Frog.... or Greeter. He sits at the top of my front steps.
Some of the berries have fallen already, so soon for a day or two, it will become the birds favorite spot.

I thought so too. I saw him at the Garden Market in the spring and had to bring him home. He cost too much ! But I still bought him anyway. He makes me smile every time I look at him.
The main thing is that he brings joy.)
These have a great color. Our colors were quite poor this year. Dont know why. Great to see you in the tag!
There still seems to be a lot of trees that have just turned brown instead of a nice bright color. Some leaves are starting to fall. Will be interesting to see what the next week or two brings as far as color.
