In recent years, we have been hearing much about a "crisis" in leadership" a time of uncertainly and turmoil brought about by the lack of effective leadership in our world.According to some observers, we have found in the past few decades that "me first" attitude has infected many who have the potential for leadership, but who have chosen to live based more on a quest for money or status.
And we see that in many nations around the world, people are demanding leadership based on honestly and integrity, rather upon a desire for power or personal gain.

Just as there is a great need for effective, dynamic leadership among the nations, there is also a need for dedicated leadership within the Church at both local and demominational levels.
